You can apply online or fill out a waitlist application located outside the office.

Applications are typically approved within 24 hours.

We do not offer flexible lease terms. Contact office for more details on the lease terms.

You can pay your rent by check, money order, or online.

Flex allows you to schedule your monthly payment into two smaller payments, giving you greater financial flexibility. Full monthly rent payments are provided to the property by Flex on the 1st. Sign up is available directly in your RentCafe resident portal and is reviewed for approval by Flex. Flex charges a monthly membership fee based on the amount of the credit line that is approved. The monthly membership fee is up to $14.99. A bill payment fee of 1% of your total rent is also charged, additional card processing fees apply when using a credit card.
 

While renter's insurance is not required, we highly recommend it for your protection.

Sewer, water, and garbage are included in your rent.

To set up your utilities, simply call KEA.

You can use GCI for both internet and cable services.

Our community is uniquely located across the street from a store and banks, offering great convenience for everyday needs.

We are located in the Kodiak School District.

Safeway and Walmart are located directly across the street from the property.

Maintenance

Yes, we offer on-site maintenance.

For maintenance issues, please submit a maintenance request or contact the emergency on-call number.

No, you do not need to be present for a service technician to complete the work.
